Returns Policy

Please note that wood is a natural product and therefore it is subject to splitting, cracking and warping, especially in extremes of weather. This is not a fault of the product, it is a feature of timber. Cracks are only considered a fault and a structural issue if they go through 3/4 of the thickness of the timber

We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. If you should change your mind and wish to return anything purchased from us, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange the goods within 14 days of delivery or collection, provided the return is made in accordance with our terms below.

If you need to return an item, please contact with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Return Requirements:

*       A valid purchase receipt must be provided
*       Goods must be in pristine condition, unopened and in original packaging (we do not offer refunds on certain items, please see list below)
*       We reserve the right to charge for collection of good ordered in error.
*       We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all returned items:

        *       15% on items returned by customer

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days and all payments will be credited against the original card holder’s payment details where possible.

We do not offer refunds on the following product(s):

*       Perishables and other items that may deteriorate with short shelf life
*       Powders (Cement / Postcrete etc.)
*       Paint
*       Bulk Bags/Poly Bags of aggregates and sand
*       Timber machined to your specification
*       Cut to size items i.e. (Panels etc.)
*       Special Orders (These are products that are ordered, but not stocked by our company and have been purchased specifically for your order)

Due to the nature of these goods unless they are faulty, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Our returns policy does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights.
